Instructor Bio: Jennifer Hemmingsen is Seattle Times opinion columnist and editorial writer whose recent work has appeared in the Kansas City Star,  Missoulian, WOSU-FM (Columbus, OH), Grand Island Independent, Cayman Compass, The Free Lance-Star, Bridge Michigan, Walla Walla Union-Bulletin, The Midwest Center for Investigative Reporting and KUNI FM.
