Our monthly meet ups are a time to gather community, meet a special guest, and learn a hands on kitchen skill. This month we are featuring a talk by Briley Proctor on: The Vanishing Tradition of Appalachian Salt-Rising Bread.

Briley will walk us through the roots of this tradition in her family and the method used to make this interesting and flavorful bread.

We will get to sample and see for our selves what has kept this unique bread a favorite for generation after generation.

This is free to members, and $5 for non-members. 
Please register so we can plan for enough bread to sample!
