Let’s take a culinary trip to the Andean country that gave birth to Asian Fusion consequential to Chinese and Japanese immigration to the country in the late 18th century. Top food critics have described Peruvian food as one of the world’s most important cuisines.

Ceviche Mixto
Many claim ceviche originated in Peru. This delicious dish is easy to make and full of flavor.  Learn how to prepare it using Local fish & shrimp marinated to perfection.

Lomo Saltado
Peru’s National dish is a classic example of the Chifa cuisine. Made with juicy beef tenderloin sautéed with vegetables in an exotic sauce combining authentic spices and an unexpected and tasty ingredient.

Flan de Caramelo con Guayaba
This iconic Latin American dessert has an added tropical twist of Guava.  Flan is a creamy and rich version of it’s European cousin; Crème Caramel.

There will be an additional materials fee of $30.00, which will be added to the cost of the class when you register.

About the Instructors:

Adam and Veronica share a passion for travel and cooking. Between the two of them they have lived in 7 countries and visited more than sixty, on five continents. Combining these joys in the kitchen means they incorporate flavors, techniques and traditions from the different places they've been.

Veronica's love for cooking started when she was 10 years old, making her signature lemon pie. Adam has been making his own dough from scratch and baking breads and pizzas for almost a decade.

They love teaming up in the kitchen to recreate old favorites and invent new dishes. Adam and Veronica complement each other's skills and styles in a fun way that people can easily relate to.
