Holiday Cookie Decoration utilizing Royal Icing.
Join us for part two of our introduction and tutorial on royal icing -how to make it, commonly used consistencies and how to properly achieve them, how to tint and flavor, and how to achieve different effects. Royal icing allows bakers to achieve a professional finished look, and the completed cookies make fabulous holiday gifts!
Our November 29th class will be utilizing a vanilla bean sugar cookie base, and for part two in December we will use a spiced sugar cookie. New attendees are welcome to the December class, as are returning participants from the first class who wish to get in additional practice using this design variation.
Participants will be decorating winter themed spiced sugar cookies, and will take home their decorated cookies to enjoy.
