Spend an hour and a half with Michael Dupille who will share his works and techniques for fused glass. This Seattle resident and glass artist is a pioneer in the field of kiln formed glass who has been teaching workshops throughout the United States and Canada since 1989. He has demonstrated many of his techniques to students from ages 18 to 75. Consulting and lecturing for working professionals and organizations as well as product innovation add to his expertise in furthering the kiln formed glass movement.

Dupille developed and refined a technique for "painting with glass" that uses frit (crushed glass) in combination with kiln fired methods. He refers to this process as Fritography. He also pioneered many kiln forming processes, especially in the area of mold making and kiln casting.

He has done design work for Bullseye Glass and is well featured in Boyce Lundstrom's books on art glass techniques. His work is highly collectible and includes numerous public and private commissions.

Don't miss this exceptional opportunity. You are sure to come away informed and inspired.
