Learn how to make a delicious Japanese dinner starting with miso soup and sunomono (a cucumber salad). Then you’ll make your own tamaki (hand-rolled sushi) before sitting down to enjoy dinner together.
This is the second in a series of dinner classes offered by BARN Kitchen Arts. The class fee includes class ingredients and dinner. The event will be held in the commercial kitchen and dining space at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church.
INSTRUCTORS: Carol Hille and Lilly Kodama are both third generation Japanese Americans, who have great culinary skills and wonderful stories to share!
