glass coasterThis is the time of year for weddings, not to mention other celebrations; imagine making your gift.  This is your opportunity to do just that!

In this class you will create a 10" x 10" iridescent fused glass serving tray  from beautiful iridescent glass. You will learn to cut glass and develop your original design.  Those who have not cut glass will learn the steps necessary for precision cutting while experimenting with various patterned and textured iridescent glass.

Your tray will be constructed in class. Then it will be fired in a kiln twice: once to fuse it and then to shape it. You will be notified when it is ready to be picked up.  Both the materials fee and kiln fee are due to the instructor during the class.

No experience necessary. Wear close-toe shoes and bring a work apron if you have one.
